Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC). On-site surveys
found each entity to be in compliance with the Board of
Certification’s national standards for durable medical
equipment suppliers. Founded in 1984,Board of Certification
is dedicated to meeting the demand for quality patient care by
offering highly valued credentials for practitioners and suppliers
of durable medical equipment, pharmacies with durable medical
equipment and related supplies, and respiratory therapy and
related supplies. Choice Healthcare provides home medical supplies
and respiratory services and is continuously striving to provide the
best possible quality of care for their patients and
the best service to their customers and long term care
facilities. The Board of Certification/Accreditation demonstrates
an intense commitment to this goal.
To become accredited, Choice Healthcare was evaluated
against national standards by a Board of Certification surveyor
experienced in home care. The surveyor assessed
the ability of Choice Healthcare to achieve the highest
level of performance possible, reduce patient risk for
undesirable outcomes, and create an environment for
continuous improvement.

OXYGEN & RESPIRATORY SERVICES
Oxygen must be prescribed by a physician. We use state
of the art equipment. The patient has the option of
having their oxygen delivered to them or they may
come by our retail location and pick up their equipment
personally. Choice Healthcare has specially qualified
staff to care for the needs of our oxygen patients
including highly trained full time Respiratory Therapists
and Oxygen Technicians.
Specialty Services
· We offer the convenience of having a pulse
ox per physician request overnight to monitor oxygen
levels.
· We can transfill your oxygen on site.
· Don’t let your health hold you back

for an extended period of time our staff can arrange
for oxygen for your trip.
