CHOICE CRITICAL CARE IS NOT A HOME HEALTH AGENCY 

CHOICE CRITICAL CARE PROVIDES: 

• Training & education for clients/caregivers to perform home infusion therapy safely in the home. 
  
• Provide back-up services for IV restarts and blood draws when requested. 
  
• Supplies necessary to accomplish home infusion therapy including appropriate pump if necessary. 
  
• RN and registered pharmacist on call 24 hours daily, including weekends and holidays. 
  
• Provide in-service to local home health agencies when requested. 
  
• Communicate with physicians regularly with updates on client’s progress from provider standpoint. 
  
• Co-operate with local home health agencies concerning problems related to supplies, IV access, or concerns 
  
• relevant to patient/client care. 
  
• Pharmacist is available to answer questions related IV and/or PO medications.. a resource person.
